If this is not your first card at the library, stop by the library to get a replacement card ($1 fee). To request a library card, fill in the form HERE and then see the staff at the library to complete your registration.Bring a photo ID and a piece of mail addressed to your residence in town. You must be a resident of Roxbury to receive a card. |
