Tai Chi is a form of internal martial arts that has roots going back hundreds of years.

In modern times, Tai Chi is often used as a gentle form of exercise and meditation. Consisting of slow, flowing movements, Tai Chi is low impact and can help improve flexibility, balance, and aerobic capacity.

Please wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
